We're based in Reading, Pennsylvania, and we help hospitals across the United States build successful psychedelic medicine programs. Our services cover the complete process—from initial strategic planning and stakeholder engagement through evaluation of your current capabilities to full implementation of psychedelic medication services, including staff training and quality assurance systems. We work both remotely and on-site at your facility, depending on what your project requires. Whether you need help getting your program off the ground, fixing issues with an existing service, or ensuring your team is ready to deliver excellent care, we're here to guide the implementation. We didn't learn psychedelic medicine administration from textbooks or conferences—we learned it by doing 8,000 infusions and solving the problems that arise when you're actually treating patients day after day. That means we can tell you not just what the best practices are, but why they matter, where hospitals typically stumble, and how to build systems that your staff will actually follow. We understand the regulatory requirements, the operational challenges, the financial realities, and most importantly, what it takes to keep patients satisfied enough that they stay with your program instead of seeking care elsewhere. This isn't theoretical consulting—it's practical guidance from people who've built and run exactly what you're trying to create.
Most healthcare administrators discover they need outside expertise after watching patients leave their ketamine programs dissatisfied—often unhappy enough to pay cash elsewhere for better care. We've been on both sides of this equation. We run Pennsylvania's longest-serving ketamine infusion practice and have administered over 8,000 treatments, so we know exactly what excellent psychedelic care looks like from the patient's perspective. When hospitals try to launch these programs without that frontline experience, they end up with protocols that work on paper but fail in practice. We bring real-world knowledge from thousands of patient interactions, not just consultant frameworks and theory.
Founder
Scot DePue, MD, is an emergency medicine and addiction medicine physician who founded Psychedelic Healthcare Consulting to help hospitals across the United States implement successful psychedelic medicine programs. Based in Reading, Pennsylvania, Dr. DePue brings direct clinical experience from operating Keystone Advanced Therapies, Pennsylvania's longest-serving ketamine infusion practice, where he has personally administered over 8,000 treatments. After graduating from the University of Delaware and Uniformed Services University School of Medicine, he served as a general practitioner in the Air Force before completing his residency in emergency medicine at the Yale School of Medicine. His consulting work emerged from a clear pattern: patients were leaving hospital ketamine programs dissatisfied and returning to pay cash at his private practice for better care. Recognizing that hospitals needed guidance from someone who understood both institutional operations and what excellent patient care actually requires, Dr. DePue created a consulting service that bridges clinical expertise with practical implementation knowledge.
